As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will:
* Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors
* Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve hurdles
* Lead training and development activities, tools, and routines to enable Advisor Trainee productivity
* Personally support ADP participants requiring heightened support
* Reinforce compliance, supervision, and provide risk management support for ADP activities
* Lead pipeline management routines and coach on execution
* Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships
* Implement effective performance management, including goal setting, incentives, and recognition mechanisms
* Support market results while maintaining adherence to national programs
* Coach and develop advisor trainees for professional growth
* Support sales force expansion and effective recruiting strategies
* Administer sales supervision practices in the market
Responsibilities:

* Must hold Series 7 & 66 (or 63 and 65); if Series 9 & 10 are not held, they must be obtained within 120 days
* Travel as required depending on geography
