We are seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to join a growing BVI team. This role offers direct client contact and exposure to a wide variety of corporate arrangements, including those of a complex nature.
The Role
* Manage the daily administration of client entities, including onboarding and due diligence reviews.
* Handle the formation of BVI Business Companies and preparation of formation packs.
* Prepare certificates of incumbency, good standing, and manage changes to directors, members, and beneficial ownership.
* Oversee regulatory filings such as economic substance and maintain accurate CDD records.
* Keep databases updated and coordinate with Finance for invoicing.
* Manage transactions on VIRRGIN and liaise with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams.
* Draft minutes and resolutions to support client transactions.
* Contribute to ad hoc projects and reporting as required.
About You
* Associate’s degree in Business Administration (or related field).
* Minimum 3 years’ corporate services experience.
* Strong knowledge of the BVI Business Companies Act.
* Professional qualification (e.g. ICSA) desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
