Job Description
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors
* Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations
* Supervise and mentor junior team members
* Develop strong client relationships and identify additional service opportunities
* Contribute to practice development and quality control initiatives
* Collaborate with partners and managers on complex technical issues
The Successful Applicant
* ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax legislation
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Proven ability to lead teams and develop staff
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
