Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent
* Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds
* A trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers on behavioral change to deliver continuous improvement and value
* Passionate about changing lives through coaching
* Desire to benefit from being self-employed while being part of a larger community
Desired Skills and Experience
* At least 1+ years of coaching experience
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to develop your business and client base
