What you’ll do * Act as NICEIC Duty Holder, ensure all work meets legislation * Lead Supervisors and Electricians delivering compliant repairs and installations * Manage performance of teams, subcontractors and suppliers against KPIs and budgets * Ensure full compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements * Drive productivity, quality and value for money * Improve service delivery through continuous improvement and innovation Why join us? You are * HNC/HND qualified (or equivalent) or have relevant experience * An electrically qualified professional with strong compliance and safety knowledge * Health and Safety qualified with experience in H&S, CDM and gas compliance * Experienced in delivering projects on time and within budget * Experienced in leading teams and subcontractors and managing performance Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves.
