Are you a passionate and experienced Qualified Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? What You'll Be Doing:
1. Carrying out full assessments of risk and need for children and families
2. Managing your own varied caseload
3. Creating and implementing child-centered care plans
4. Working within legal frameworks and safeguarding policies
5. Collaborating with partners across health, education and social care
6. Supporting children through Court, Child in Need, and Child Protection processes
What We're Looking For:
7. Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)
8. 3+ years of post-qualification experience
9. Strong background in Children in Need, Court, and Child Protection
10. Excellent communication, mediation, and relationship-building skills
11. A forward-thinking, flexible approach to care
12. In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding
