An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Legal Administrator, working 35 hours per week, to join our Legal Services Team. You will provide administrative support to ensure that our Legal department is running smoothly.
You will play an essential role on key administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing bundles, diary management and effective use of the Legal Aid Agency case management system.
You will be required to update and maintain the case management system so you must have a good eye for detail and pride yourself on accuracy.

* Previous experience of office administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 with knowledge of computerised case management or administrative systems
* Effective communication skills including a good telephone manner
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisation skills
