The AI Property Manager is our niche vertical reaching more than 10,000 property managers, offering high-intent advertising and GTM solutions for PropTech and software companies.
You will work directly with the founder (Forbes 30 Under 30, two exits, Techstars alum) across outbound, inbound, partner calls and closing deals. This is a revenue-focused role from day one.
What You Will Do
Outbound
• Run targeted outreach across LinkedIn, Instantly, PartnerStack, Dripify and 1:1 email
• Build segmented advertiser lists for AI, SaaS and PropTech companies
• Generate and qualify new leads daily
Inbound
• Manage inbound leads across both brands
• Qualify fast and move prospects into the active pipeline
• Convert warm inbound into booked calls and proposals
Calls and Closures
• Schedule calls with potential advertising partners via Calendly
• Lead partner calls, understand goals and present the right solutions
• Close deals and prepare proposals and recap emails
• Manage follow-ups until onboarding is complete
• Maintain a clean pipeline and provide weekly updates

Who You Are

• Confident communicator, especially on calls

• Entrepreneurial and proactive
• Experience in sales, partnerships or GTM is a bonus but not required
