Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Private Client Fee Earner (Full-time/ Permanent).
Necessary Requirements:
* · 3 + years post qualification experience
* · Experience with full range of Private Client matters, including drafting Wills, Probate Administration, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney, Tax and Trusts work.
* · Good communication skills
* · Experience of using case management systems
* · Experience of dealing with vulnerable clients
* · Preferably STEP qualified but not essential
* · Bonuses available and salary commensurate with experience
