Care Assistant – Full & Part Time
Some jobs give you a payslip.
This one gives you purpose.
We’re looking for kind, compassionate people who want their work to truly matter — people who want to go home knowing they’ve helped someone feel safe, supported, and valued in their own home.
You don’t need to come from a care background. What matters most is who you are: your patience, your warmth, and your willingness to care.
You’ll Never Be Thrown In
From your very first day, you’ll be supported. You’ll receive fully paid training, gentle guidance, and ongoing encouragement so you can grow in confidence at your own pace. You’ll be part of a team that looks out for you, listens to you, and genuinely wants you to succeed.
This is a place where you are known by name, not by a rota.
Feeling Valued Matters
We believe caring for others starts with caring for our team. That’s why we offer fair, rewarding pay and recognise the commitment you bring every day:
* £15.50 per hour during peak times (7am–10am & 5pm–10pm)
* £14.40 per hour during off-peak hours (10am–5pm)
* 36p per mile paid for travel between visits
* Enhanced pay on Bank Holidays
* Paid training and ongoing development
We offer full-time and part-time hours, with flexibility wherever possible.
The Difference You’ll Make
You’ll be supporting people in their own homes — helping them stay independent, comfortable, and connected to the life they love. Sometimes it’s practical support. Sometimes it’s a friendly chat or a reassuring presence. Often, it’s being the highlight of someone’s day.
You’ll help people feel seen, heard, and cared for — and that’s something truly special.
The Kind of People We’re Looking For
We’re drawn to people who are:
* Naturally caring and patient
* Reliable and kind-hearted
* Respectful and thoughtful
* Proud to deliver care with dignity
If this feels like the kind of role you’ve been searching for — or if you know in your heart that you could make a real difference — we’d love you to apply and take the first step on this journey.
