The Role - As a Health & Social Care Lecturer, you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching across a variety of Health & Social Care modules
Support students through tutorials, assessments, and pastoral guidance
Contribute to course planning, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes
Stay up-to-date with current industry practice to enhance teaching delivery
The Candidate - The ideal candidate will have:
A relevant degree in Health & Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field
Relevant industry experience within health or social care settings
A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
A commitment to student development and progression
Hold a clear DBS (Available on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new DBS)
