Account Manager – Managed IT Services, Cloud & Modern Workplace
Hybrid - Sheffield 3 day/week + attend client sites Sheffield & Leeds
Compensation: £40-50k + double OTE (uncapped) + full benefits package
We’re partnering with an award-winning, rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider to find a driven Account Manager (New Business) to grow Managed IT Services across their client base in Sheffield and Leeds.

The Role:
* Sell Managed IT Services into existing accounts, alongside Account Managers managing the wider portfolio.
* Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with internal solution architects and technical experts to craft bespoke proposals.
* Develop and present tailored IT service offerings based on client needs.
* Take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce / NetSuite).
* Support the wider sales strategy with event planning, campaign execution, and pipeline development.
* Attend client meetings as required.
* Hybrid working: 1 day/week in Sheffield office, remainder flexible/remote.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven B2B tech sales experience, ideally in Managed IT Services, Modern Workplace, Cloud, or related technology solutions.
* Strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and ability to balance new business generation with account retention.
* Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing, award-winning MSP.
* Comfortable using sales tools and CRMs (Salesforce / NetSuite preferred).
* Enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
