Whats the focus of the role?

As UK Sales Manager, your core focus will be to build strong commercial relationships with Air Handling Unit (AHU) manufacturers across the UK. These partnerships are critical to the business, and you'll be the face of our solutions, from cutting-edge fan technology to tailored aftermarket services like retrofits and refurbishments.

Your key responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy focused on the AHU manufacturer market

Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business

Identify new opportunities in the AHU space, including OEMs and bespoke solution providers

Work closely with engineering and service teams to offer integrated, value-driven solutions

Collaborate with the wider European group to align strategy and share insights

Represent the business at relevant industry events and customer visits

What kind of person thrives here?

This is a challenging and high-impact role, and were looking for someone who brings a mix of tenacity, strategy, and emotional intelligence.

Youll need to be:

Methodical and strategic capable of building and executing a long-term market plan

Resilient and calm under pressure, especially when managing complex sales cycles

Charismatic and trustworthy, able to win over technical clients and build lasting rapport

Driven and commercially minded, with a clear focus on delivering growth

Ambitious, with a view to eventually stepping into a more senior leadership position

What you bring to the table:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within HVAC, AHUs, or related mechanical systems

A strong network or knowledge of the UK AHU manufacturing market

Experience selling to OEMs or through technical consultative sales

Great communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Technical aptitude in mechanical or electrical systems

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

A relevant engineering or technical qualification is a plus
