You’ll deliver consistently high standards, support a positive kitchen culture and help move the team forward. What you’ll be doing • Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen • Leading and motivating the team during service • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency • Supporting training and development of our Commis Chefs, Breakfast Chefs and Apprentices • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards are always met • Contributing ideas to menus and kitchen improvements We’re looking for someone who • Has experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous • Leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment • Is organised, calm under pressure and great with people • Cares about team culture just as much as great food This role is on a rota basis covering weekends and evenings as well as bank holidays and is a full time position.
