Trust Headteacher – The Role: Since 2022, the Trust Headteacher role has been central to our strategy for delivering strong leadership and driving school improvement across LAAT. We are now seeking an exceptional Trust Headteacher to support St Wulfram’s for up to an initial two-year period whilst a substantive Headteacher is secured for the school. With significant investment in the school’s environment and exciting development underway—including the creation of two new SEND Hubs— we need an inspirational leader who can raise standards, grow pupil numbers, and lead the school confidently into its next chapter, supported by a secure central Trust contract.
