Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint an outstanding Independence and Inclusion Coach to work with young people with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, supporting their educational, personal, and wellbeing needs. This role requires someone passionate about supporting and empowering young individuals. Successful candidates must have a GCSE in English and Maths at grades 4-9 or an equivalent qualification.

Starting salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
