The primary focus of this position is to spearhead process enhancement initiatives in collaboration with Business Teams, aiming to enhance efficiency and refine operational practices to elevate KL Talent Solutions' quality KPIs. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating documentation of core business systems and processes to ensure alignment with evolving changes and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects, concentrating on enhancing quality data analysis, reducing scrap, and executing quality enhancement initiatives.
- Apply statistical tools and lean principles to pinpoint root causes and refine processes (utilising Process capability, Pareto analysis, SPC, etc.).
- Aid in the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes within designated areas.
- Drive the adoption of improvements across departments and functions, ensuring integration through process/system adjustments and personnel training.
- Identify opportunities for processing performance optimization and provide feedback to operations leadership to rectify procedures when necessary.
- Govern improvement projects to ensure swift and robust implementation, demonstrating flexibility to extend support beyond designated responsibilities for project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of process engineers and technicians.
- Formulate and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the execution of process enhancement projects.
- Analyze data to identify process improvement areas in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and address challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective measures as required.
- Provide training and guidance to team members for skill and knowledge enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in process management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
