We are recruiting a Support Worker Full Time for one of our Liverpool Services. As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of our team with a friendly, calm and compassionate approach. You will provide support and enable our clients to fulfil their ambitions and potential.Together we will ensure we make a positive difference in our clients lives. Key Responsibilities Provide support to clients with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities Work flexibly on a rota including some weekends and evenings Work alongside our clients assisting with budgeting monies and assist with household bills Administration of prescribed Medication Assist withmeal preparation On some occasions provide/assist with personal care Assist with all daily living tasks Access activities within the Local Community Provide a Person Centred approach following detailed Care Plans Previous experience in a similar roleis preferred but not essential We Offer: Competitive Salary Full Time 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota (Monday - Sunday) WorkplacePension Scheme £150 recommend a friend bonus Full Training provided Paid enhanced DBS check Paid blue light card for the first year Employee of the month cash bonus
