With a strong focus on customer trust, compliance, and delivering excellent value, we're building a high-performing sales team that sets the standard for our industry.
We are now looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead, coach, and develop our outbound sales operation, driving both performance and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and manage a team of outbound telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Design and implement people management practices that support performance, accountability and a high-performance culture, including 1-2-1's and Weekly Performance Reviews.
* Deliver hands-on coaching, roleplay, and feedback to improve sales skills, objection handling and closing techniques.
* Refine and evolve YBC's sales process to maximise conversion and retention, ensuring consistency and compliance.
* Analyse team and individual performance data, producing regular reports and actionable insights using Excel.
* Monitor quality standards through call listening and side-by-side coaching, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop incentive schemes, training modules and process improvements that drive sustainable growth.
* Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new agents to build bench strength and resilience in the team.
Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years experience managing a high-performing outbound telesales team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills with the ability to get the best out of individuals and teams.
* Experience in designing as well as managing sales processes, playbooks, and objection-handling frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills – able to inspire, motivate and influence at all levels.
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Commercially astute, target-driven and comfortable working to ambitious growth goals.
* Knowledge of compliance and quality frameworks within a telesales environment (GDPR, PECR) is desirable.
