This role would suit an electrically biased or multi skilled maintenance engineer with experience working in an industrial environment. You also need to hold a level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent). The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of five responsible for carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance across the factory, working on heavy machinery. The role will involve working with motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors etc. The Maintenance Engineer Role: · Reactive and preventative maintenance · Calibration of instruments · Working with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, conveyor systems and production machines · Factory maintenance – lighting, wiring, alarm systems etc. · Using hoists, cranes and power tools to dismantle equipment (training can be provided) · Working in a foundry environment The Maintenance Engineer Candidate : · Multiskilled or electrically biased · Industrial maintenance experience · Hold a level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent)
