Level 2 Health & Social Care (or above). Strong communication skills and a genuinely person-centred approach. Experience supporting older adults or those with higher care needs. What You’ll Do Deliver warm, person-centred care to older adults, supporting their daily needs and wellbeing. Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through excellent communication. Support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and meaningful activities. Work alongside nurses and senior carers to maintain high care standards. Help create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for everyone.
