In line with our exciting growth, we are currently seeking a passionate Production Supervisor to join our Aseptic Services team, a key part of our operations, manufacturing life-saving chemotherapy drugs.

What You’ll Do
* Lead & Inspire: Manage a talented team of Laboratory and Compounding Technicians to deliver exceptional results.
* Drive Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including cleaning, environment monitoring, and raw material assembly, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Champion Best Practices: Ensure that all processes are top-notch, and systems are up to standard.
* Quality Control: Review technical aspects and ensure accuracy throughout the assembly and compounding process.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead the way in improving processes, updating policies, and ensuring best practices are followed.
* Manage Workloads: Assign daily tasks efficiently to meet targets while maintaining quality and productivity.
* Team Development: Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment where everyone knows their objectives, feels supported, and continuously grows.

What We’re Looking For
* Passionate & Driven: A true passion for helping others and making a difference.
* Experienced: At least 3 years of post-qualification GMP experience, with a background in licensed facilities or under section 10 exemption.
* Team Player: A strong advocate for collaboration, support, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
* Goal-Oriented: A track record of working towards KPIs and a keen interest in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Aseptic manufacturing facilities operate under highly controlled conditions to ensure the production of sterile products without contamination. These working conditions are governed by strict regulations and guidelines.
Requirements

Attention to detail: Our Aseptic environment requires precision and adherence to legislation at all times.
Workers will be required to detect any minor imperfections, such as: Particles or contaminants in solutions, scratched or damage to sterile containers and misalignment in machine components.
Discipline and Focus: Adhering to strict guidelines without shortcuts is essential.
Physical demands: The role often involves repetitive processes and being stationary for prolonged periods, working in protective clothing and maintaining aseptic techniques under demanding conditions.
High levels of concentration are equally important to avoid errors
Ability to follow instructions: Workers must follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously without deviation.
Commitment to hygiene and cleanliness: A strong personal commitment to cleanliness is critical, including strict adherence to handwashing, gowning and personal hygiene protocols.
Resilience under pressure: Aseptic manufacturing can involve working under tight deadlines and regulations
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with machinery and aseptic processes is valuable for understanding and troubleshooting equipment
Comfort with using monitoring systems and understanding documentation is required
