Footsteps Stratford-upon-Avon Nursery is recruiting for a Permanent 40 hours per week role (Monday - Friday) for a Level 3 Practitioner with a Pro Rata Recognition Bonus. A £400 Qualification Recognition Bonus will be paid after 6 months of service to Level 3 Practitioners across all nurseries. The nursery is a Good-rated Ofsted setting (February 2024) offering a warm, nurturing environment for children from birth to 5 years. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will deliver exceptional care and education, support development and well-being, and maintain clear communication with parents and colleagues. You will help create a joyful, caring environment where children can imagine and explore each day.

Responsibilities
* Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provide outstanding opportunities for the children
* Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
* Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
* Assess and report on children\'s progress to support continued development
* Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team; maintain a hands-on approach to your own professional learning and development
