Job Description
3. Proactively lead and manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
4. Plan, execute, and complete audit and accounts assignments in line with regulatory standards.
5. Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and development support.
6. Review work and ensure high-quality deliverables, reporting to directors.
7. Attend client and prospect client meetings, build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
8. Working alongside the leadership team, liaising with internal departments to provide an unrivalled client experience.
9. Contribute to business development and the growth of the firm including tactical input in the firm's own strategic plans.
10. Assisting the directors with ad hoc advisory services and special work.
11. Manage work in progress and billing including agreement of fees on your portfolio of engagements.
The Successful Applicant
12. ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
13. Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in audit and accounts.
14. Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
15. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
16. A proactive and client-focused approach.
17. Full UK driving licence.
