The Role
They're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing SDR team. You’ll play a key role in generating and qualifying pipeline for the sales organisation, driving performance, and embedding best practice across lead generation and prospecting.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation
* Set targets and manage performance against KPIs and conversion metrics
* Own and evolve SDR strategy, processes, and ways of working
* Analyse pipeline and activity data to drive continuous improvement
* Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to improve lead quality and handover
What they're looking for
* Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, with people management responsibility
* Strong background in sales or business development, consistently exceeding targets
* Confident communicator and coach with a hands‑on leadership style
* Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track and analyse performance
* Commercial, data‑driven mindset
