Ensure safeguarding requirements are met and exceed expectations. Deliver high-quality independent oversight of practices. Facilitate meetings to meet legal obligations, focusing on relationships and participation. Support and challenge practices to achieve better outcomes for children. Ability for honest reflection and openness to learning. Effective working relationships with partners, families, and carers. Nice to Have Experience in a similar role or environment.
