About the role

For clinicians seeking stability, multiple positions are available within our Intake stream offering a permanent Monday‑to‑Friday roster – ideal for leaving shift work behind and embracing a consistent workweek. For those interested in a dynamic and varied schedule we also have a position in our Acute stream operating on a 7‑day rotating roster designed to support work‑life balance.
In either stream you will play a key role in delivering timely intake assessments, acute care interventions and outreach support as part of a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, peer workers and medical staff. Working within a progressive hybrid care model you’ll provide both face‑to‑face and telehealth support, ensuring access to high‑quality mental health care across the region. You will also contribute to broader service delivery through in‑reach support to other NENW Health Services, helping us build stronger, more connected care across our communities.
As a valued member of the team you’ll be well supported with regular structured clinical supervision, access to ongoing education and guidance from both your Line Manager and Professional Leads. We are committed to your professional growth – you’ll have opportunities to participate in internal in‑service programs and be actively supported in meeting your continuing professional development (CPD) goals.
