Join our Production team as a Slicing Operative at Pilgrims Europe in Bodmin. In this role you will work collaboratively with the production team to meet product specifications, quality standards, output targets, and time requirements.

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 16.00pm – 00.00am Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect sliced products to ensure quality, correct smoke levels and appropriate temperature
* Reject any products that do not meet required standards
* Operate grill and slicing equipment in response to production needs
* Monitor daily slicing requirements and adapt to changes in production demand
* Ensure machinery is switched off when not in use
* Report any issues or concerns to the Area Leader promptly
* Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
* Maintain safe operation of all equipment within the work area
* Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ideas and improvements
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management
* Participate in company training to continuously develop skills
