An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Assistant (Weekends) to join our Housekeeping Team. This role involves providing a high standard of cleanliness across the site and ensuring infection control procedures are followed.

Role Requirements
The role involves liaising with managers and staff across the Trust, working closely with the facilities team, and assisting in laundry, deep cleaning, or other duties as required.
* Ensure consistent, acceptable housekeeping standards across the site.
* Carry out cleaning tasks in assigned areas following SOPs for cleanliness and hygiene.
* Follow infection control procedures, especially during outbreaks.
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and staff for special requests.
* Maintain safe storage of cleaning materials and manage stock levels.
* Assist with cleaning communal areas, carpets, curtains, and high dusting on a schedule.
* Report repairs to fixtures and fittings promptly.
* Participate in routine housekeeping audits and ensure service levels are met.
* Prioritize tasks to complete assignments timely.
* Support other site services and facilities team members as needed.
* Perform additional duties within your skills as required by the organization.
