We design and manufacture industry-leading wireless monitoring systems used across healthcare, food production, warehousing, and manufacturing. About the Role As our Internal Sales & Marketing Executive, youll be responsible for the day-to-day sales and marketing activities across the business. You will be the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiriesproviding product information, preparing quotations, coordinating appointments, and delivering high-quality service. Working closely with our internal teams, you will drive lead generation campaigns, undertake sustained marketing activity, and support the creation of engaging content that promotes our products and brand. This varied role offers the chance to develop your skills and become a key member of our business team. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and deliver marketing activities in alignment with the companies objectives. Generate leads through consistent marketing activity, follow-ups, and outbound campaigns. Qualify enquiries and support customers in selecting suitable products. Prepare and issue quotations, arrange appointments, and follow up to convert opportunities. Act as the first line of response for incoming sales calls and emails, providing timely and effective support Assist with producing product videos for YouTube and website use. Create and publish news posts, updates, and marketing content across our website and Linkedin. Contribute to wider marketing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the sales function Candidate Requirements GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident telephone manner with a customer-first approach. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. This is an office based, permeant roll working Monday to Friday, our normal working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm - 40 hours per week, however we would consider a shorter working day for the right candidate. The roll offers a £31,000 p.a. salary plus an uncapped bonus, pension and death in service benefits.
