The PICU is a 10 bed, male only unit based in central Lincoln., We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Healthcare Support Workers to join our integrated multi-disciplinary team at the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a Mental Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high‑quality care to our service users while promoting competent working practice within LPFT.
To be successful in this role, you need to be self‑motivated, enthusiastic and empathetic. You will need excellent communication skills, be resourceful and keen to contribute actively in patient care, as a key role in the team.
