Main duties of the job
As a Senior Mental Health Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will
As a Senior Nurse in our integrated mental health team you will be responsible for assessment and ongoing management of our patients mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner managing a caseload of patients, assessing their physical, social and psychological needs to develop a holistic health care plan.

Qualifications required
? Registered nurse Mental Health ? Current professional qualification (NMC) ? Evidence of Continued Professional Development ? Experience of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working ? A non-judgmental and compassionate approach ? Understanding of mental health policy including clinical governance and the quality and outcomes framework, along with national standards such as NICE

As a Senior Nurse in our integrated mental health team youwill be responsible for assessment and ongoing management of our patientsmental health needs. You will contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to;

Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promotingprofessional boundaries. You will play an active part in the assessment,planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients care following ourpolicies and procedures and always considering safeguarding.
