This is not a junior accounts role.
Payroll is the priority in this position. We’re looking for someone confident running payroll from start to finish within a small, hands-on finance team.
If you’re currently working as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Administrator or standalone Payroll Manager and want a stable, long-term role in a supportive business, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Running payroll end-to-end (this is the key focus)
* Managing payroll queries, pensions and submissions
* Processing starters and leavers
* Supporting with purchase and sales ledger
* Bank reconciliations
* Assisting with month-end tasks
* General finance support within a small team
What we’re looking for:
* Solid payroll experience, confident owning the process
* Experience with Sage Payroll or similar systems
* Comfortable working in a small, office-based team
* Reliable, organised and steady in your approach
* Happy working full-time on site near Holywell
* Construction experience is helpful but not essential.
