We are actively recruiting for an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the existing Facilities Manager across a hard and soft services contract within commercial environments based in Congleton and Cheadle areas.
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, your role will include supporting all hard and soft services facilities management, providing KPIs / SLAs, producing weekly performance reports, handling helpdesk reports, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and supporting day-to-day FM operations.
Package
* Base Salary: 34,000
* Status: Permanent, PAYE - Paid Monthly
* Location: Congleton, Cheshire, with another site in Cheadle
* Holiday Allowance: 25 days + bank holidays (total 33 days) with option to buy more

Requirements
* Some experience in a Facilities Manager-based role, e.g., Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Assistant
* UK driving license to travel between Congleton and Cheadle
