Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Our client is seeking a reliable and conscientious asbestos surveyor / analyst based in the Northwest, who has experience working in the asbestos industry and who holds all the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualification. Candidates will be able to write up meticulous reports, carry out surveys, air testing and liaising with clients in a professional manner. Experience / Qualifications:
- Qualified with all BOHS P402, P403 and P404
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance standards
- Liaise with clients
- Comprehensive literacy and IT skillset to write up reports
- Meet company targets, requirements, and procedures
- Experience working in an asbestos/UKAS accredited company
The Role:
- Competent working on domestic, commercial, and industrial sites
- Perform 4 stage clearances
- Execute management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties
- Open to travelling to client sites
