The finance environment
You’ll join a collaborative Finance team that plays a key role in supporting operational performance and strategic decision making across the business.

This role is about strengthening financial control while improving the way information is produced and shared.
The role
As a Management Accountant, you’ll:
6. Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts with supporting working papers
7. Take ownership of key month-end processes and ensure deadlines are met
8. Support year-end activities, statutory audit requirements, and external reporting
9. Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
10. Maintain strong balance sheet control through reconciliation and reporting
11. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve finance processes
12. Develop and enhance financial reporting using tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI
13. Create clear, visually engaging dashboards and reports that support business decision making
14. Standardise templates and improve data flows across the Finance function
15. Build strong relationships across departments and provide constructive financial insight
You’ll also contribute to wider finance transformation initiatives as we continue to modernise systems and reporting capabilities.

What we’re looking for
27. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (part-qualified candidates with strong experience also considered)
28. Experience preparing management accounts and owning month-end processes
29. Strong Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot and complex formulas
30. Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools (. Power BI)
31. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
32. Ability to analyse financial data and present insights clearly
33. Confidence working with financial systems and improving reporting processes

34. Experience driving continuous improvement within finance processes
35. Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills
36. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
