CNC Miller - Programmer / Setter / Operator (3/4/5 Axis)South Oxfordshire | Permanent | £35,000-£50,000Shorterm Group are currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller to join an established and growing engineering company in the South Oxfordshire region.Key Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)- Strong experience working with 3, 4 and 5-axis machines- Proven experience with Heidenhain controls (essential)- Experience with Fanuc controls is advantageous- Experience with Doosan, Matsuura, or Mazak machines preferred- Background in medical, semiconductor, or nuclear sectors beneficial (all precision engineering backgrounds considered)- Strong focus on quality and right-first-time manufacturingThe Role:- Permanent, full-time position- Standard day shift hours- Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on skills and experience- Immediate interviews and start availableIf you're interested and would like to find out more, please apply with your most up-to-date CV and we will be in touch.
