Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:30 (staggered start times, 8-hour shifts)
Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week working from home once fully trained

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer complaint calls with professionalism and empathy
* Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal departments and depots to ensure resolutions
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems such as Salesforce
* Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools confidently
