A primary school in Wigan is seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to step in immediately to provide stability and leadership for a Lower Key Stage 2 class during a period of staff absence. The Role This position requires a teacher who can "hit the ground running." Due to the nature of the cover, the school is specifically looking for an individual with strong behaviour management skills who can establish clear boundaries, maintain routines, and re-engage the learners quickly. Key Responsibilities: Classroom Leadership: Take immediate control of the learning environment, implementing the school's behaviour policy with consistency and fairness. Curriculum Delivery: Deliver prepared plans and adapt them to meet the specific needs of the pupils in Year 3.
