Job Description
We’re looking for a Duty Manager at the Skipton North (Gargrave) Premier Inn, working 32 hours per week. Pay up to £13.86 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a reliable, high-performing team ensuring the smooth running of the hotel.
* Apply leadership experience from retail or similar environments to maintain health & safety standards and create an exceptional guest experience.
* Communicate effectively with staff and guests, providing organisational support.
* Immediate start – all leadership experience relevant.

* Successful leadership experience in retail or comparable roles.
* Experience in managing people and driving service standards.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
