Role Responsibilities Supporting pupils across KS2 with core subjects such as reading, writing and maths.Delivering small-group interventions and providing targeted 1:1 academic support.Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, behaviour management and classroom organisation.Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and focused learning environment for upper-primary pupils. Experience Needed Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.Confidence supporting Key Stage 2 curriculum content and developing pupil independence.SEN experience is desirable for supporting pupils with additional learning needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with older primary learners.
