Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, the Operational Support Specialist will provide efficient support to the Operations and Credit teams during the peak season, ensuring that we meet our monthly service levels. You’ll move between teams to support the completion of allocated tasks. To be considered as our Operational Support Specialist you will need to be available for a four month period Mid-May to Mid-September: You will: - Have a good working knowledge of MS Office and be able to learn new systems with ease - Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. - Be able to build effective working relationships across teams in order to support their workloads - Display attention to details, processing administrative with a high degree of accuracy Administrative of customer service experience would be beneficial to your application. This is so that we can assess how you are likely to respond to certain role related situations. Stage 3: If both you and we agree to continue, we’ll set up a video interview with the Hiring Manager and a representative from HR. Whatever the outcome, we will let you know. Stage 4: Depending on the role, a successful interview will either result in an offer or a second video interview with a stakeholder from the team. Stage 5: If you are successful following the video interview process, then we will extend a verbal offer, which will be followed up in writing if you verbally accept.
