This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.??? Key Responsibilities:
* Interior and exterior painting and decorating
* Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing
* Working to high standards on occupied and void properties
* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
? Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles
* Own tools and PPE
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently

* Vale of Glamorgan - property maintenance across multiple sites
