Registered Care Manager - Nursing & Dementia Care Location: Ruislip area Salary: Approx. £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) ad‑hoc hours as required Service Type: Nursing & Dementia Care (28 bed service) About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a well‑established nursing and dementia care service. The home has been operating successfully for over 20 years and holds a Good CQC rating. The current Registered Manager is stepping down, creating a rare opportunity for a strong, confident leader to take over the management of a fully occupied service. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, knowledgeable and proactive leader with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, clinical governance and high‑quality person‑centred care.
