Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEMH), Autism, ADHD, and trauma-related behaviours.
2. Assist with personal care needs when required.
3. Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
4. Help manage challenging behaviours using positive and proactive strategies.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Requirements:
1. Experience supporting children with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, or trauma is highly desirable.
2. MUST be a driver.
3. Previous experience working with children with SEN.
4. Ability to handle challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
5. Willingness to assist with personal care when necessary.
6. A caring, empathetic, and positive attitude.
7. DBS check and safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).
