This role provides expert HR support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations, policy compliance, and people development. Competitive + Hybrid & Benefits package 12 month fixed term contract Opportunity to join one of NI's leading employers What you'll do: Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across multiple sites, ensuring a seamless candidate and new starter experience. Provide professional HR advice, guidance and coaching to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment legislation. Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes. Support the delivery of learning, development and performance initiatives to build capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to the implementation of people strategies focused on engagement, recognition and organisational effectiveness. Maintain accurate HR data, producing regular workforce reports and analysis to inform decision-making. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant with legislation and effectively communicated across the organisation. Collaborate on HR projects to enhance systems, processes and the overall employee experience. What you'll need: A minimum of three years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role covering the full employee lifecycle. Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations issues with sound judgement and professionalism. Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic organisation. A third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
