We are looking for hard working, motivated individuals to help assist some of the biggest PR agencies and brands with all their research needs. All training will be provided, via a structured onboarding programme that over the course of months will bring you up to speed with all aspects related to the role.
The role:
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of our agency. You’ll be joining an expanding business operations team across Censuswide. You’ll be working with all areas of the business from sales, production through to IT, HR and Finance
You will support agency initiatives, change projects and improvements to ways of working.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to working within an agency environment.
The successful candidate will:
* Support the smooth running of day-to-day agency operations
* Maintain lead generation campaigns and liaise with sales leads
* Carry out varying administrative tasks to support the wider Operations team and business
* Assist with improving data quality across the CRM (Hubspot) and other tools
* Build and maintain basic dashboards and reports in the CRM
* Assist with system configuration, user setup and troubleshooting
* Document processes and support with tool onboarding for team members
Desired skills:
* Experience with a CRM (preferably hubspot)
* Exposure to outbound sales or marketing tools
* Experience within an agency or operational role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
