Overview
Due to continuous successful growth, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a proven track record in B2B marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting and enhancing our reputation, driving commercial growth, and aligning external messaging with business objectives, ultimately driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Drive campaigns in conjunction with the sales team to strengthen brand, increase market share and support customer acquisition and retention.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends & opportunities.
* Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
* Create engaging content for various platforms, including copywriting for email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
* Utilise Google Ads and other digital marketing tools to manage advertising campaigns effectively.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
* Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with trade bodies, and other key external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
* Maintain an organised project management system to track progress on various initiatives.
* Drive internal stakeholder engagement, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
Desired Experience
* Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a manufacturing / engineering environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
* At least a basic understanding of industrial/commercial heavy equipment.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content and ideally Wix or similar for website management.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
