Your new role
As the UK & International Payroll Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of the payroll operations, overseeing the entire payroll process for their UK and international offices. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes, timely and precise monthly payroll processing, payroll analysis, system management, and issue resolution. You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Taking full ownership of end-to-end monthly payroll processing across UK and international offices.
Managing relationships with third-party payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
Aligning local payroll calendars and deadlines with stakeholders and payroll providers.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, local Office Managers) to gather and collate payroll-related data.
