What you will be doing
You’ll be part of our Marketing team, helping to build a strong and consistent presence across our social channels. This is a hands on role where you’ll plan, create, edit and publish content that supports our wider digital activity. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to capture meaningful content and bring our brand to life in an engaging and authentic way.
In everything you do, you’ll help uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values, supporting the bigger picture of our business.
You day to day responsibilities include:
* Plan, schedule and repurpose content across LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube.
* Work with internal teams to capture new content and align all social activity with wider business goals.
* Use our scheduling and reporting tools to maintain a structured posting process.
* Capture and edit video and stills using in‑house equipment (DSLRs, gimbals etc.).
* Work with Marketing, IT and Sales to ensure content supports wider campaigns.
* Deliver monthly performance reports across social channels and review data to understand what’s working and adjust future plans.
What are we looking for
We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident producing content from start to finish. You’ll be proactive, adaptable and skilled at managing your own workload while working collaboratively with others.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following:
* Hands‑on experience creating, editing and publishing social content for LinkedIn and Meta.
* Confidence in filming and editing content independently using in‑house equipment.
* Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or equivalent.
* Able to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
* Understands how social content can be repurposed across digital channels.
* Campaign creation to align with brand objectives.
